Question: I can't find the option to try Indeed Pro. Does this mean it’s not available to me?
Answer: Maybe. To be eligible for Indeed Pro, you must be in Canada (excluding Quebec), have an up-to-date resume, and use the Indeed app on an Apple iOS device.
Question: Is Pro available on Android or Indeed desktop?
Answer: No. Currently, Pro is only available on the Indeed iOS mobile app. We plan to have it available on Android and Indeed desktop shortly.

Question: Can I filter my search to find jobs for which I might be a top applicant?
Answer: Yes. Click or tap the Top applicant button at the top of your job search feed.
Question: Are top applicant jobs selected based on my qualifications?
Answer: Yes, these jobs are selected by Indeed based on your profile qualifications and the current applicant pool.
Question: Do all candidates see early applicant jobs?
Answer: Yes. The Early applicant label lets you know which jobs don't have many applicants yet. This allows you to get your application in early.
Question: Can I see how many applicants have the required skills for a job?
Answer: Yes, applicant insights on job descriptions show the percentage of applicants with the required skills, degrees, or certifications.
Question: Can I check who viewed my profile?
Answer: Yes, you can see details about who viewed your profile by clicking on the number of views in the past seven days on your profile.
Question: How many Mock Interviews can I complete?
Answer: You get unlimited Mock Interviews as a Pro subscriber. All Indeed app users can complete 1 Mock Interview.
Question: How many resumes can I tailor?
Answer: When you subscribe to Indeed Pro, you can tailor your resume to any job when you see the option. All Indeed app users can tailor 1 resume.

Question: Do I need to authorize payment to sign up for a free trial?
Answer: Yes, you must complete an Apple Pay authorization to sign up for a free trial.
Question: Will I get charged if I cancel during the free trial period?

Question: Why did I not get a free trial?
Answer: If you're not an Indeed Pro subscriber, you can get 1 free Tailored Resume and 1 free Mock Interview. Once you've used those up, you can sign up for Indeed Pro right away—no free trial needed.

Question: Will my subscription renew automatically?
Answer: Yes, your subscription will renew on the next billing date, which you can check in your Apple subscriptions.
Question: Can I cancel my paid subscription?

Answer: Yes, your payment is prorated, so your access will continue until your current subscription period ends.
