My Jobs: Tracking Your Interviews

Quick summary

The Interviews tab in My Jobs helps you track interviews you have scheduled or are getting ready for. Interviews scheduled on Indeed's Hiring Platform appear here automatically. You can also test your device and, where available, view interview prep.

Important: Some employers post jobs on Indeed. Others send you to another site to apply. The options below are only available for interviews scheduled on Indeed. If you applied on an employer's website, you cannot manage those interviews from My Jobs.

What you will find in the Interviews tab

Upcoming interviews

• After you schedule an interview with an employer on Indeed's platform, it appears here.
• If you sign up for a Virtual Hiring Event that takes place on Indeed, it also appears here. You can join the event from this tab.
• Shortly before start time, your application may show labels like:
  • Interview starts in 4 hours
  • It is time to join your interview

Past interviews

Review interviews from the past six months.

Cancelled interviews

These are interviews canceled by you or the employer.

Interview services

For interviews scheduled on Indeed, you may be able to:

• Test your device, including your camera and microphone
• View interview prep (not available for all devices)

Managing your interviews

Check your application status.

Each interview shows a real-time label, such as:

• Applied
• Not selected by employer
• Interview starts in 4 hours
• Cancelled by you
• Cancelled by employer
• It is time to join your interview

Important: If you applied on the employer's website, your interview will not move to the Interviews tab. You can track it from the Applied tab and change the status to Interviewing, or add it to your personal calendar.

Join, reschedule or cancel your interview.

1. Go to My Jobs and select Interviews.
2. Find your upcoming interview.
3. Choose one option:
   1. Join to start your interview
   2. Reschedule to choose a new time
   3. Cancel to let the employer know you are not available

Tip: The options to Reschedule and Cancel are only for interviews on Indeed. The employer is responsible for making these options available.

FAQs

Question: Can you resend my interview confirmation email?

Answer: No. We can not resend confirmation emails. If your interview is scheduled on Indeed, it should appear in the Interviews tab.

Technical support

Issue: My interview is not working on my device.

Solution: Use the troubleshooting guide for tips on fixing camera, microphone or connection problems.

Issue: I cancelled my interview by mistake.

1. Solution: Open the Interviews tab and select Reschedule, if available.
2. Solution: If Reschedule is not available, open the job or interview and use Indeed Messages to contact the employer.

Issue: I can not find my interview.

1. Solution: If you applied on the employer's website, the interview will not appear here. Check the Applied tab and update the status to Interviewing if needed.
2. Solution: Interviews scheduled more than six months ago do not appear in this tab.
3. Solution: Check which Indeed account you are signed in to if you have more than one account.
