Answer: Yes, Career Scout is designed to answer career-related questions. For example, you can ask about potential careers, job opportunities, or companies.

Question: Is Career Scout available on desktop or mobile web?

Answer: No. Currently, Career Scout is only available on the Indeed mobile app. Download the Indeed app to get started.

Question: Can I see previous conversations with Career Scout?

Answer: Yes. From the Career Scout tab in the mobile app, tap the three lines in the top left corner. This will show your chat history.

Question: My job search results are not accurate. Can I refine them?

Answer: Yes. Update your profile or give feedback in the chat. Career Scout will suggest jobs that better match your preferences.

Question: Will I get feedback from my mock interview?

Answer: Yes. After completing a mock interview, you'll receive a detailed feedback report.
